Job Description

The Ad Sales Finance Manager is responsible for core ad sales finance processes and is a key player in the Entertainment Digital business, supporting NBC Entertainment & Bravo, along with support for reputed company Entertainment (USA, Oxygen, E!, Syfy) through our CSA. This role will also serve as a key member assisting with broader digital portfolio reporting & analysis across the NBCU portfolio. This role provides the unique opportunity to reputed company a solid understanding of NBCU Ad Sales through daily exposure/interaction with Pricing, Sales, Planning, Marketing, Research, and Division Finance functions. • Ownership of Sales Entertainment brand reporting and metrics analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Support Entertainment reputed company forecasting process (budget, long reputed company plan, estimates), including consolidating and analyzing submissions from multiple site teams
• Assist in creating executive level presentations for budget, LRP, and forecast cycles
• Research drivers of key variances and trends (Pricing, Traffic Performance, Sell-thru, etc.)
• Assist in monthly financial reputed company
• Improve depth of existing reporting to reputed company reputed company analytical tools for both Finance and Sales teams
• reputed company best practices with peers to reputed company consistent processes for the entire Digital Portfolio
• Execute reputed company historical advertising spending reporting requests

Qualifications

• Four-year degree (B.A., B.S.) at an accredited college or university
• 4+ years of finance experience
• Prior experience in a finance role supporting an ad sales function reputed company a media or entertainment company highly desired
• Ability to reputed company in-depth, detailed analyses, while summarizing key takeaways.
• Demonstrated analytical strength and process reputed company - ability to identify and resolve key issues quickly
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
