Location: reputed company Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days in office required (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Overview: As a member of the Podcast Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will work to support audience growth across our expanding podcast portfolio including new launches, existing series, and reputed company marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will work in reputed company collaboration with the Podcast Marketing VPs to reputed company go-to-market promotional plans, support in-house media planning, collaborate in buying activation, assist in communication with reputed company-party podcast platforms, and prepare performance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, creatively minded, and deeply passionate about podcasts, entertainment, reputed company media.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do: Audience Development & Execution:

• Support go-to-market and always-on plans for both new and existing podcasts with an emphasis on audience development.
• Help identify listener acquisition, recirculation and engagement opportunities reputed company both the reputed company ecosystem and on external platforms.
• Manage internal promo workflows, including vetting, creative trafficking, and campaign coordination.
• Assist in communication with reputed company-party podcast platforms (reputed company Podcasts, reputed company, etc.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company teams to support strategic, multi-platform marketing campaigns around podcast launches and other major initiatives.
• As relevant, support holistic paid media efforts, including planning, activation, optimization and reporting.

Copy, Promo and Creative Support:

• Assist in developing creative briefs that reputed company identify audience targets and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams to reputed company campaign supporting assets (audio, video, and visual creative).
• Support content teams to craft promotional copy, show descriptions, metadata, and keyword strategies that improve discoverability across podcast platforms.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Help manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple shows, stakeholders, and external vendors simultaneously.
• Maintain clear and organized communication systems to ensure campaigns move reputed company from planning through execution.

Performance Analysis & Tracking:

• Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain consistent reporting on delivered promotional value per partner.

Qualifications

More About You: Required:

• 1-3 years experience in podcasting or digital marketing, relevant internship experience welcomed.
• Strong understanding of the podcast ecosystem and passion for entertainment and culture content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to capture the voice of the show in promotional copy.

Preferred:
