[Remote] Associate Consultant

They are seeking an Associate Consultant to reputed company consulting and training services to clients, ensuring successful implementation of their software applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning the implementation and developing the implementation project plan to meet client expectations, timeframes, and budget
• Review existing technology, systems, infrastructure, and data reputed company. Work with client personnel to ensure these areas are reputed company to support deployment of reputed company’ applications and help to resolve any issues that arise in these areas
• Set up and configure reputed company’ applications to meet the business needs of the client
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots to verify new business processes, system configuration, and integration
• Train client personnel, including management and field users
• reputed company on-going training and application support for application users
• Assist with identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that arise during the implementation process
• reputed company and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members through the implementation process

Skills

• Bachelor Degree required
• Ability to learn the activities necessary to implement reputed company level applications (ERP, CRM, or SCM)
• Ability to utilize a process and change management driven implementation methodology
• Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of new business processes and new organizational roles and responsibilities
• Strong professional skills including ability learn quickly, adapt to a variety of client situations, and assist in managing client expectations
• Strong organizational / time management skills, with the ability to reputed company strong Project Management skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) required
• Ability to work independently while adding value to team projects and assisting in the achievement of department goals
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, up to 100%
• Excellent decision-making skills and issue resolution skills
• Ability to acquire industry knowledge reputed company a short period of time
