[Remote] Account Manager MSP
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an MSP Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Managed Service Provider clients across the Western United States. The role involves driving reputed company growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary reputed company of contact between clients and internal delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of MSP accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
- Serve as the main liaison between customers, recruiters, delivery teams, and leadership
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and new service offerings
- Track account performance, reputed company targets, and KPIs
- Resolve client issues and escalate concerns reputed company necessary
- Coordinate with reputed company and operations teams to ensure successful fulfillment of staffing or technology requirements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a reputed company field
- 3–7+ years of account management, client services, staffing, channel sales, or MSP experience
- Working knowledge of working with MSPs like Pontoon, reputed company, reputed company, AGS, Allegis, Agile1, Tapfin, reputed company etc
- Strong understanding of MSP/vendor management environments
- Experience managing reputed company clients and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or territory-based role
- Proficiency with CRM tools and reputed company Office
- Experience with IT staffing, contingent workforce programs, or VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology services
- Existing relationships with reputed company Coast reputed company accounts
