[Remote] Client Engagement Senior Associate, Tax Operations

The Client Engagement Senior Associate in Tax Operations will manage the full lifecycle of engagement coordination, ensuring efficient service delivery while enhancing client experience and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Billing support including WIP (work in reputed company) analysis and invoice preparation
- D365 entry/maintenance
- New client set up and risk assessments
- Drafting engagement reputed company for new projects using reputed company of other software. Submission to reputed company for delivery to clients and monitoring statuses through software
- Reporting, with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and consistency across the portfolio
- Monitoring/generating reports, upcoming deadlines or project complexities to flag risks
