[Remote] Technical Recruiter (Remote Opportunity)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 100% remote position supporting a growing portfolio of federal government reputed company technology programs. This role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle for various technical positions and requires a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and reputed company support
• reputed company reputed company technical candidates using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, reputed company, networking, and other reputed company channels
• Conduct phone and video pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds, qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit
• Build and maintain pipelines of reputed company technical candidates for reputed company openings, proposal efforts, and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews, maintain proactive candidate communications, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Manage a high volume of technical requisitions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization, accurate reputed company activity reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and consistent delivery against hiring goals
• Support proposal staffing efforts by identifying and engaging reputed company technical candidates for reputed company and anticipated opportunities
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Communications, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience, preferably supporting Information Technology positions
• Experience reputed company technical professionals in one or more areas such as software engineering, AI/ML, reputed company computing, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, systems administration, reputed company architecture, interoperability, product engineering, or reputed company IT
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), reputed company Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques to identify reputed company candidates
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of technical requisitions, prioritize competing hiring needs, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, virtual team environment
• Experience reputed company reputed company federal government contracting, reputed company IT, or a technical staffing agency is preferred
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including DOL, OFCCP, EEO, and reputed company guidelines
