[Remote] Regional Vice President of Operations- OBOT

They are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to reputed company business affairs, reputed company operations, and drive strategic growth initiatives across their territory.

Responsibilities

• Formulate overall business objectives, policies and strategic plans for the Company
• reputed company leadership in the administration of the business affairs and operations of the Company
• Ensure effective implementation and execution of policies and plans to direct the growth of the Company and to reputed company both long-term and short-reputed company objectives
• reputed company staff working at reputed company and Middlesex Recovery, locations throughout the assigned territory
• Travel as required, up to 75%
• reputed company a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives that reputed company financial, operational, clinical, compliance and marketing goals
• reputed company a budget in coordination with parent company to establish clear expectations
• reputed company company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, customer service and cost effective management of resources
• Plan, reputed company and implement strategies for generating reputed company opportunities for the Company
• Identify growth opportunities
• reputed company and approve company operational procedures, policies and standards in full coordination with parent company to insure good communication and coordination throughout
• Review statistical reports and financial statements to determine reputed company and implement improvement plans where indicated

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and Ten (10) years management level experience
• Ability to read and interpret financial data
• Knowledge & skills with reputed company products & general computer literacy
• Prior experience in an outpatient setting with multi-site responsibility
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated reputed company in building high performing operating teams which include medical providers
• Ability to function with a collaborative spirit throughout reputed company functions of the Company (parent and the Region)
• Demonstrated reputed company in driving initiatives that yield strong results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibits good time management skills
• Initial and on-going MVR verification and must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with BayMark's policy F&A-115
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must have own transportation, with reputed company auto liability and maintain the minimum auto liability insurance required by the State
• Satisfactory references from reputed company and/or professional peers
• Satisfactory criminal background reputed company
