As a Manager, Growth & Strategic Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy and advancing how we reputed company data to improve customer reputed company and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth by connecting internal reputed company data, external market intelligence, and reputed company customer metrics to deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and reputed company customer value

- Integrate and operationalize data from internal systems (CRM, reputed company platforms) and external sources to create a reputed company view of customers, markets, and opportunities
- Evaluate and manage reputed company-party data vendors (e.g., reputed company market intelligence platforms, claims data providers), ensuring data quality and strategic value realization

- Partner with Insights Delivery & Enablement to translate analytics into stakeholder-facing dashboards, reporting, and self-service tools
- Own reputed company customer metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Health Score (CHS), and CSAT—ensuring metric reputed company and leading survey program administration
- Communicate insights to executive stakeholders, translating reputed company data into clear, compelling business recommendations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, information systems, economics, reputed company informatics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, reputed company operations, market insights, or business intelligence
- 1+ year of experience leading analytics teams or mentoring team members
- Proficiency in SQL and/or a statistical programming language (Python or R)
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment with a structured, solution-oriented approach
