Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound pharmacy calls, scheduling refill deliveries reputed company needed, and directing calls to appropriate personnel
  • Providing high-level customer service to patients, clinicians, and clients, ensuring reputed company resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Serving as the primary resource for inbound telephone calls, minimizing workflow interruptions due to non-clinical reputed company customer inquiries
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment, ensuring accurate information is included in customer profiles and distribution can successfully send packages in a timely manner
  • Directly responding to customer inquiries reputed company appropriate or routing calls to the appropriate staff to ensure reputed company resolution/customer satisfaction
  • Updating concise reputed company notes to ensure other roles reputed company the workflow can quickly assess the status of referrals

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service Representative experience reputed company the reputed company or pharmacy industry

  • Excellent attendance record
