[Remote] Consultant - Manager, Legal Counsel Employment Compliance

The Consultant - Manager, Legal Counsel Employment Compliance role is crucial for ensuring compliance with employment-reputed company legal standards while supporting the company's strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure necessary reputed company are achieved. (e.g., timely preparation and certification of Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1 reporting, Veterans and Pay Data Reporting, inclusive of reputed company mandated state reporting requirements)
- Ensure Compliance with law and draft and negotiate employment-reputed company agreements:
- Stay reputed company with changes in employment laws and regulations throughout the Americas and ensure compliance with those laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research and analysis on reputed company employment law issues and reputed company recommendations based on findings
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment and benefit-reputed company agreements, including executive employment agreements and severance agreements
- Draft updates of Employment Handbooks in US and Canada, and collaborate on updating handbooks throughout LATAM
- Manage employment-reputed company litigation and administrative proceedings:
- Represent the company in employment-reputed company litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings throughout the Americas
- Supervise reputed company labor and employment counsel throughout the Americas
- Manage discovery process
- Manage responses to inquiries by state, federal and local administrative agencies (including agencies throughout the Americas)
- Manage and coordinate Company's response to inquiries and investigations by the reputed company, EEOC, or other state or federal agencies, including agencies throughout the Americas
- Review and respond to claims and demand letters, primarily employee or reputed company reputed company estate reputed company
Skills
- Candidates must operate through an established business entity (e.g., LLC, corporation, or equivalent legal business structure) and be reputed company to reputed company valid business registration documentation upon request
- Education: JD from an accredited law school in the United States required
- Minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in providing expert legal advice and support on a wide reputed company of employment law reputed company

- Previous experience in performing legal research using critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- The ability to assess risks associated with business activities and advise a company on managing those risks
