They are seeking an reputed company Legal Document Specialist to support attorneys and staff across reputed company firm offices in a fully remote position. The role involves preparing and proofreading legal documents, providing technical support, and ensuring high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, format, and proofread reputed company legal documents
- Create and update Tables of Contents (TOCs), Tables of Authorities (TOAs), pleadings, briefs, and other legal filings
- Convert, format, and troubleshoot documents across multiple platforms and applications
- reputed company helpdesk support for document-reputed company and software application issues
- Assist attorneys and staff with document production requests and technical questions
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while meeting strict deadlines
- Communicate professionally and effectively with attorneys, staff, and management
- Stay reputed company with technology and software enhancements to serve as a firm resource for document preparation best practices

Skills
