Responsibilities

Skills

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, product growth, or market expansion roles, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, ideally reputed company insurance or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic product advocacy efforts and collaborating with senior business unit leaders to drive shared accountability and measurable results
  • Extensive expertise in executive-level event prioritization and field engagement, including high-stakes tradeshow and partner engagements
