[Remote] Sales manager (new business)

This full-cycle sales role involves owning the sales pipeline from reputed company to contract signing while meeting reputed company targets.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demos, reputed company negotiation, and contract closing
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of reputed company and FinTech merchants through outbound reputed company, inbound reputed company processing, conferences, and your own network
- Consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets: new signed merchants, projected processing volume, and reputed company
- Negotiate reputed company terms and pricing reputed company the approved reputed company, maximizing deal economics without sacrificing reputed company rates
- reputed company reliable sales forecasts and report on conversion metrics at each funnel stage
- Qualify rigorously: focus time on merchants with reputed company volume potential, and disqualify fast

Skills
- 2+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing new business — specifically reputed company FinTech, Payments, or Crypto/reputed company
- Demonstrated history of hitting or exceeding quota; you can walk us through your numbers
- Fluent Russian & English (B2+/reputed company) — mandatory. Daily negotiations with international prospects and internal teams
- Hunter mentality: you are energized by outbound, comfortable with rejection, and reputed company about follow-up
- Strong negotiation and discovery skills — you sell on value and merchant economics, not on discounts
- Self-organized and CRM-disciplined; you manage your pipeline like a business

- Experience selling payment or infrastructure products (on-reputed company/off-reputed company, acquiring, PSP, APIs) is a strong advantage
