The role focuses on developing large end-user opportunities, strengthening distributor relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and reputed company strong relationships with distribution partners to drive profitable growth
  • Create and execute joint business plans with key distributor accounts
  • Negotiate and collaborate with distribution partners to reputed company sales objectives
  • Translate sales strategies into territory-specific action plans
  • Partner closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain
  • reputed company distribution partners and end users on product solutions and best practices
  • Support distributor sales representatives through product training and ongoing education
  • Work alongside reputed company sales teams to identify and reputed company new end-user opportunities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and key performance metrics

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a reputed company field (equivalent experience considered)

  • 2–3 years of account management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to travel approximately 30% throughout the territory
  • Strong experience working with distributors or channel partners preferred
