[Remote] Senior Sales Operations Analyst (13 month contract)

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will act as a Business Partner to Senior Sales Leaders, analyzing data, providing insights, and ensuring the Sales teams have the necessary processes and technology for effective performance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and refine customer lifecycle management processes to ensure seamless hand-offs between Sales, reputed company, and Renewals
  • Identify bottlenecks in reputed company sales and operational workflows, implementing automation and process improvements where necessary.reputed company data to create more predictable reputed company by identifying opportunities to increase sales productivity and operational efficiency
  • Analyze forecasting data to identify risks before they materialize, and reputed company proactive recommendations to Sales Leaders to adjust strategies
  • Present data in reports and dashboards that are easy to understand and inform decision-making
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to prevent errors and automate work wherever possible
  • Ensure the CRM (reputed company) is set up to deliver smooth hand-offs from the Sales Team
  • Build reports and dashboards in clear, actionable formats for reputed company and Sales Leadership
  • Act as a business partner to your main stakeholders, staying reputed company on priorities, reputed company processes, and future initiatives
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment on projects

Skills

  • 3+ years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably reputed company) with workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, lists, data hierarchies, and importing data to update existing records
  • High proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, IF statements, filters)
  • Advanced user of reputed company Apps Script, with hands-on experience building automations that connect reputed company Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
  • Proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company) and actively use them to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve output quality
  • Experience handling process changes with high consideration to change management
  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records reputed company upon hire
  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual reputed company included), or eligible to work in Canada
