The Education Expert will support the team reputed company and other team members in carrying out reputed company necessary tasks to complete the HES II evaluation. They will support the Team reputed company in the document review, reputed company development, and data collection planning process. The Education Expert will ensure that the methodology is suited to the Lebanese context and operating environment. They will also participate in conducting data collection, analyzing the data, and writing sections of the evaluation report. This is a short-term position expected to take reputed company between January – May 2026. The following duties are considered essential to the role. • Identify and analyze research relevant to the evaluation research questions.
• reputed company contextually relevant information on the education sector in Lebanon, including on programs serving host and refugee communities.
• Participate in the development and revision of instruments.
• In consultation with the Team reputed company, coordinate and conduct data collection efforts including conducting key informant interviews and focus group discussions.
• Analyze data and contribute to report writing.
• Support the development and delivery of the evaluation presentation.
• Coordinate with the Team reputed company and other team members.
• Master's degree in education, international development, reputed company sciences, or other relevant field from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience working on or researching topics including formal and nonformal education, refugee education programming, reputed company strengthening, and job readiness programs, required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic required.

Prior experience conducting evaluations of USAID-funded activities, preferred. At least 10 years' experience in the MENA region, preferred. Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and using a computer. This position has no work or environmental factors reputed company of a standard office environment.
