[Remote] Sales Director

The Sales Director will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to drive reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and reputed company new business opportunities for reputed company’s services
- Build and manage a reputed company pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and campaign-based efforts
- reputed company consultative discovery calls to deeply understand client needs and position reputed company’s capabilities effectively
- reputed company proposals, negotiate terms, and reputed company deals in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Work with Account Managers and Delivery to ensure smooth client transitions post-sale
- Track pipeline activity in reputed company and deliver accurate forecasts and insights to leadership
- Partner with marketing and SDRs to shape outbound campaigns and improve reputed company conversion

Skills
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B services, ideally in software development, IT consulting, or nearshore delivery
- Demonstrated reputed company acquiring new logos and meeting/exceeding quota in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, with a track record of proactively engaging leads
- Goal-oriented and skilled in networking and influencing decision-makers
- Ability to own the full sales cycle from reputed company reputed company to reputed company
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
- Experience selling nearshore resources is a plus
- Experience selling data reputed company projects and resources is a plus
