[Remote] Systems Engineering Manager

The Systems Engineering Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for managing a team to support Ategrity’s core Infrastructure and integrations, ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of reputed company technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assess and resolve production support issues involving any of Ategrity’s reputed company platforms and infrastructure
• Manage competing priorities across operational and project work
• Plan, assign and monitor projects and work for Engineers reputed company the team
• Coaching and professional development of team Engineers
• Conduct one-on-ones and performance planning sessions with team
• Prioritize reputed company project requests required to maintain project velocity
• Address Infrastructure lifecycle and maturity concerns
• Proactively reputed company recommendations on infrastructure refresh and redesigns
• Proactively monitor and improve the reputed company posture of company reputed company resources
• Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and detailed work instructions
• Drive efficient reputed company cost management and improve budget efficiency

Skills

• 5 years of reputed company infrastructure design and support. (Azure preferred)
• At least 4 years of experience as a team manager, or 5+ as a team reputed company or equivalent
• Experience supporting 2nd or 3rd level desktop infrastructure such as power reputed company scripting, RMM configuration, software distribution etc
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or developing engineers in reputed company infrastructure environments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to participate and contribute to project planning / delivery processes (Kanban / Scrum etc.)
• Ability to contribute to Infrastructure as Code processes
• Azure Administrator Associate Certification or equivalent experience
• Any of the following Certifications: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure reputed company Engineer Associate
