The role involves leading sales execution for the reputed company Suite portfolio and partnering closely with technical sales leadership to drive strategic reputed company while expanding the company's reputed company in existing accounts and acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales processes, operational metrics, and account strategies to reputed company reputed company goals
  • reputed company executive reputed company and governance for large, reputed company reputed company Suite deals, ensuring reputed company commitments align with technical realities, product roadmap direction, and long‑term reputed company
  • Build and maintain executive‑level relationships across both business and technology leadership reputed company key reputed company Suite customers, including CIOs, CTOs, and senior architects
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and other reputed company departments to strengthen competitive positioning and market awareness
  • Work with account executives to reputed company and execute strategies for new territories and high‑value opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong team culture; coach, mentor, and reputed company team members for reputed company and future roles
  • Manage the region as a business with appropriate expense and budget controls; ensure effective use of reputed company’s CRM and sales methodology

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience leading reputed company sales teams in technically reputed company software environments, with the ability to engage credibly in solution‑level and architecture‑level discussions (without being a hands‑on architect)
  • 10+ years of proven sales and leadership experience, preferably in reputed company software or technology
  • Experience in mainframe environments, developing business requiring significant professional services enablement, working in an ecosystem of GSI partners, hyperscalers etc
  • Strong track record in team development and coaching
  • Ability to design and implement tactical sales initiatives
