[Remote] Area Sales Manager - Senior Living

They are seeking an Area Sales Manager to reputed company sales performance across seven communities, ensuring occupancy and reputed company goals are met while executing a defined sales system.
Responsibilities
- Own census, move in, and reputed company reputed company across the seven community portfolio
- Maintain occupancy at or above reputed company in each community; identify and escalate early warning signs (rising move out notices, slowing tour volume, aging pipeline) before they become census problems
- Coach community sales staff on tour execution, follow up discipline, and closing; ride along and model in person regularly
- Partner with each Executive Director on local marketing, reputed company, and referral reputed company relationships
- Enforce CRM standards set by the Senior Director of Sales: pipeline accuracy, activity logging, and data hygiene at every community
- Deliver reputed company weekly and monthly sales reporting package for the portfolio
- Uphold pricing and reputed company reputed company guidelines; flag proposed concessions reputed company guardrails to Operations Leader and the Senior Director
- Participate in a structured development plan owned jointly by the Operations Leader and the Senior Director of Sales, including regular mentorship sessions on sales strategy, multisite leadership, and marketing analytics
- Assist the Senior Director on portfolio wide initiatives (marketing effectiveness evaluation, CRM improvements) as development assignments
Skills
- 4+ years of senior living sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and move in goals at the community level
- You bring strong organization and self direction, and you are comfortable influencing teams you do not directly manage, ideal preparation for multisite scope
