[Remote] Sales Intake Specialist

The Sales Intake Specialist role involves managing high volume telephonic sales, guiding customers through the eligibility evaluation process for reputed company reputed company Disability Insurance and veterans' disability appeals services, while delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Can effectively manage inbound and outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of assessing eligibility, educating them about the advantages of utilizing reputed company’s services, and signing them up to work with reputed company
• reputed company in a fast-paced, multi-tasking type of work environment
• Are self-motivated to succeed but also enjoy a competitive, monthly incentive program
• Navigate conversations to focus on selling reputed company services, answering questions, resolving concerns and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate tact and diplomacy in handling problem solving situations
• Have the ability to learn reputed company government programs and reputed company processes, in a remote training environment
• Enjoy helping customers over the phone, in a dedicated computer desk workspace that is free from distractions

Skills

• Experience in sales or customer service-reputed company field
• Ability to work in fast paced environment while navigating multiple reputed company software programs using a variety of resources
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
• A high level of initiative and drive to succeed, coupled with an ability to independently problem solve
