Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive AV sales strategy reputed company with reputed company’ growth, reputed company, and profitability objectives
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales leaders and sales professionals to reputed company individual and team performance goals
- Driving disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, territory planning, and pursuit prioritization across the AV sales organization
- Building and strengthening relationships with key customers, consultants, end users, integrators, and channel partners in the AV ecosystem
- Partnering with marketing and product management to align go-to-market strategies, market messaging, demand reputed company, and product positioning with customer and industry needs
- Supporting high-value and strategic customer pursuits, including executive-level relationship management, negotiation support, and reputed company opportunity advancement
- Monitoring market trends, competitive activity, channel dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities, risks, and investment priorities
- Collaborating cross-functionally to improve quoting, proposal quality, customer responsiveness, delivery alignment, and overall reputed company execution

Skills

- Demonstrated reputed company leading and developing sales teams and sales leaders to deliver profitable growth

- Experience building relationships with integrators, consultants, end users, and other key stakeholders in the AV industry
- Strong business acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, margin awareness, territory planning, and sales process discipline
- Ability to work effectively across functions and influence reputed company in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship skills
