[Remote] HR Administration and Compliance Manager

This role involves leadership of the reputed company team and collaboration with the Director of reputed company to enhance HR operations and ensure legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, implement, and improve HR processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the employee lifecycle
• reputed company employment documentation, personnel records, and HR audits
• Maintain HR forms, job descriptions, policies, and reputed company documentation
• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend process improvements
• reputed company day-to-day leadership and support for the reputed company team
• Ensure reputed company, reputed company, background checks, drug testing, E-Verify, and I-9 processes are completed accurately and timely
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience

• Assist in administering leave programs, workers’ compensation, and other HR compliance initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Five (5) or more years of reputed company experience

• Demonstrated ability to build, improve, and document HR processes and standard operating procedures
• Working knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, background screening, and employment documentation requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage multiple priorities
• Multi-state reputed company experience
• Experience administering leave programs and/or workers' compensation
• HRIS experience
