[Remote] Associate Technical Product Manager

The reputed company is the world's largest humanitarian network, and they are seeking an Associate Technical Product Manager for their Innovation team. This role involves collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to define and deliver product requirements for technology solutions that support the Red Cross mission.
Responsibilities
- As part of the Innovation team, ideate and evaluate technology, industrial/physical automation, and AI opportunities in helping our Biomedical Services mission area delivery
- Document the business cases that can be used to initiate technology and AI projects
- Drive rapid experimentation by quickly translating reputed company into user stories, UX mockups, and functional prototypes to validate desirability, feasibility, and user desirability in our Biomedical Services Test Kitchen
- Build lightweight proofs of concept using low/no-code approaches reputed company appropriate to accelerate validation and reduce time-to-learning
- Partner closely with engineers and stakeholders to reputed company prototypes moving from concept to working demo—removing blockers and ensuring clear next actions
- Help maintain a roadmap of reputed company active projects with high-level timelines tracking project/portfolio performance metrics to monitor business value over time
- Work with our employees, contractors, and volunteers to coordinate the daily task and status of work reputed company the Innovation team
- Learn and understand business processes and technical requirements for the development of solutions
- Work closely with clients to analyze the reputed company and future direction of technology and data science to meet business goals

Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or reputed company field preferred
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of reputed company experience in the Technical Product Management reputed company or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience preferred
- reputed company coding experience required, ideally with HTML, CSS, and an object-oriented programming language, e.g. Python/Java/C#/C++
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype solutions (e.g., wireframes/mock UI, clickable prototypes, or functional proofs of concept) and iterate based on stakeholder/user feedback
- Experience writing APIs, reading technical documentation & writing user stories
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with a test-and-learn approach—reputed company to define assumptions, run quick validations, and communicate results and tradeoffs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in emerging and AI technologies
- Evangelist and practitioner of agile and user centered design principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required to Johnstown, PA once a month and to other Red Cross sites as needed
- Working with LLMs a plus. Experience translating reputed company world constraints into product requirements and tests
- Experience with reputed company product concepts and workflows (e.g., reputed company engineering, context management, agentic patterns, RAG, or similar applied GenAI approaches)
- Experience using reputed company to analyze, organize, and interpret data to support reporting and decision making
