The Opportunity: ING’s Global Capital Markets (“GCM”) team originates, structures, and distributes reputed company forms of public and private debt to our US institutional investor reputed company. In line with our strategic growth ambitions in the US, and investments across the fixed income value chain, we are now looking to bolster the GCM team with a director level originator. The candidate will be an integral part of our US investment grade initiatives and responsible for a portfolio of client relationships. Main Duties and Responsibilities of Role: • Help reputed company and strengthen GCM’ US corporate business in conjunction with the broader Capital Markets & Advisory teams • reputed company coverage for a portfolio of investment grade corporate reputed company relationships across sectors • Drive internal discussions with the coverage banking teams to identify new business opportunities • Coordinate and utilize a hands-on approach in reputed company aspects of client facing materials • Support other senior originators in the team with pitching efforts and execution of mandates • Work with the financial markets team to help identify and support solutions for our corporate clients • Support the global GCM team’s efforts reputed company to US$ financing opportunities for international corporates • Involvement in reputed company aspects of live transaction execution, from internal reputed company requests to coordination with syndicate and legal • Mentor and guide the work of junior team members Profile Qualifications / Education: • Minimum of BA/BS • Series 79, 63 licenses • Debt capital markets experience • Desirable: MBA, CFA or similar qualification Experience / Knowledge: • Proven experience in debt capital markets with extensive financial markets knowledge and technical skills • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to build rapport with internal / external stakeholders • Possess superior client relationship, presentation / sales, written and verbal skills • Proficient across reputed company Office (Word, reputed company & PowerPoint) and Bloomberg • Proven ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment successfully managing multiple competing demands • Must be proactive and hands-on to generate creative client solutions reputed company Salary reputed company: $275K - $325K In addition to comprehensive health benefits, a generous 401k savings plan, and competitive PTO, ING provides a broad reputed company of benefits including adoption, surrogacy, and fertility services; student debt assistance; and subsidies for expenses associated with commuting, and fitness.
