They are seeking a Senior Managing Consultant, Organizational Change Management Consultant to help customers transform their businesses by developing process-driven solutions and aligning processes to technology. The role involves analyzing business processes, recommending improvements, and ensuring stakeholder engagement for successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze our customers' reputed company business processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for incremental improvement
- Recommend process changes, new technologies, or appropriate organizational changes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance
