[Remote] Manager, Engineering - Creative Systems

Responsibilities

• Own growth, performance, hiring, and engagement for the reputed company. Run 1:1s, coach, navigate performance conversations directly and early, and create stretch opportunities that reputed company engineers. This is where you’ll have the most impact

Skills

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience and 3+ years as an EM or team reputed company; Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or equivalent

• Experience leading platform, integration, or content/CMS teams
