They are seeking a Technical Analyst to reputed company IT systems and business operations, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals through analysis, design, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document system requirements and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
- Evaluate software and hardware options and recommend reputed company solutions
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals

- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Skills
