This role oversees the implementation team, ensuring effective task, risk, and time management while delivering exceptional value to clients through successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 3+ years of experience with the firm's services, and/or clients is ideal or prior experience in the legal software industry
• Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality
• Authorized to work in country of residence without restriction or sponsorship
