The Senior Technical Operations Solutions Consultant is responsible for enhancing warehouse efficiency through process analysis, improvement initiatives, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Leads assessments of warehouse and supply chain processes, focusing on reputed company WM/EWM environments to identify improvement opportunities
- Develops process maps, identifies bottlenecks, and recommends actionable strategies to enhance operational performance
- Designs, updates, and implements clear, practical, and error-reputed company SOPs reputed company with industry standards and reputed company best practices
- Facilitates client workshops, gathers requirements, and helps clients prioritize operational changes
- Partners with supply chain leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies
- Guides Junior Operations Consultants in developing training materials and supporting SOP implementation
- Monitors performance metrics, conducts audits, and drives reputed company improvement initiatives
- Stays reputed company on industry trends, reputed company WM/EWM capabilities, and emerging best practices
- Manages, coaches, and evaluates Junior Operations Consultants; participates in hiring and talent development
- Travels up to 50% to client sites to evaluate operations and support implementation activities
- Promotes a high-performance, collaborative culture and adheres to reputed company quality and information reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience creating and implementing SOPs to improve warehouse operations
- 8+ years of experience analyzing warehouse processes and developing actionable solutions
- 8+ years of experience mapping reputed company and future-state processes
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company WM and EWM
- Experience with Lean, Six reputed company, or other process improvement methodologies
- Active or obtainable U.S. government reputed company clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company operational initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to reputed company, coach, and reputed company junior team members
- Ability to travel up to 50%
