[Remote] Internal Sales Agent – Bilingual (English/French)

The Internal Sales Agent is responsible for driving reputed company growth reputed company the Canadian market, managing CRM records, processing orders, and supporting the sales team to enhance customer relationships and expand the company's national reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively to support the in-country executives and sales representatives to exceed customer expectations by providing support and exceptional customer service to our Canadian customers
- Serve as consultant to maintain key relationships with customers in Canada to increase product penetration and help customers identify potential gaps in reputed company inventory
- Conduct outbound sales calls to sell reputed company promotions and increase product ranges reputed company accounts
- Work directly with customers throughout Canada to issue quotes for products (including reputed company on discounts, special pricing, etc.) and help determine ROI on potential products, education, etc. for existing customers
- Responsible for working with marketing and sales regarding event, product and sales strategies and translate for appropriate delivery to Quebec and French speaking customers
- Manage day-to-day communications with international vendors and customers to ensure efficiency of reputed company processes, pricing, and compliance with reputed company international rules, regulations and requirements
- Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, promotions, special pricing, etc

- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs to enhance selling skills and product knowledge

Skills
- Bi-lingual in French and English required
- 1+ years in a customer service and/or sales environment
- Solid understanding of cultural best practices both in writing and verbally
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent prioritization, planning, organizational, time and project management skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues with a mature, reputed company, and flexible approach
- Some travel is required for this position, up to 10% as needed, including occasional weekends
