[Remote] Remote Account Representative

The Remote Account Representative will engage with patients to clarify their accounts, offer payment solutions, and manage a high volume of calls while meeting performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
- Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately document interactions in our systems
- Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
- A reliable, detail-oriented work style
- Must reputed company in: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
- Quiet, private workspace
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
- Must meet tech requirements before training begins
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
