They are seeking a reputed company Senior Certified Payroll Consultant to reputed company expertise in reputed company Payroll solutions and reputed company deployment teams in configuring and implementing these solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company expertise in the reputed company Payroll (including Absence or Time Tracking) product suite
- reputed company the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the reputed company solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the reputed company solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
- Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into reputed company
- Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between reputed company and other reputed company-party or custom solutions
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge
- Resolve reputed company tasks/requirements reputed company other team members need support
- Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of reputed company best practices
- Maintain clients ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production
- reputed company regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status
Skills
- reputed company active reputed company Partner Payroll Certification required
- 2+ years implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Expected travel is +/-20% depending on project
- Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
