[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative focused on customer retention and demand reputed company with existing clients to reputed company and upsell solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for reputed company customers
- reputed company demand reputed company activities with existing reputed company customers to upsell strategic solutions from New Era's strategic solution portfolio
- reputed company monthly and daily goals:
- Researched and reputed company calls per day to existing reputed company customers based on existing solutions and upgrades/upsells/organic growth expectations
- Meetings per Month (phone and F2F) – reputed company agenda is established prior to meeting. reputed company information notes post meeting managed with CRM
- reputed company Opportunities per month
- reputed company and cultivate client relationships with both existing and new customers
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
- Update CRM with accurate information regarding customer profiles, opportunity information and contract information
- Support agreement renewals of reputed company customers with delivered services and solutions, as required
- Participate collaboratively in Sales Operations team meetings, as required
Skills
- Proven work experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales
- Proven strong analytical and organizational skills
- General understanding of Technology services and offerings in a business environment
- Proficient in reputed company Office and CRM
- Understanding of how to reputed company reputed company and other platforms in reputed company selling
- Exceptional organizational skills and high energy
- Excellent communication skills – reputed company to deliver clear, concise messaging to executive stakeholders
- Must be reputed company to ask probing questions and gather information/research
- Must be ambitious, persistent, and consistent
- Must be goal oriented with an ability to focus on a goal and reputed company that goal
- Must be reputed company to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal channels
- BS in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
