The Business Process Transformation Consultant will reputed company and manage business process improvement projects, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to enhance processes and deliver value. Responsibilities

• Quickly become familiar with client business challenges, products, and technologies to act as a SME and trusted advisor to client stakeholders. reputed company and manage strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with client needs, and navigating reputed company discussions around business, operational, and compliance considerations
• Work closely with clients to drive the execution of business transformation initiatives, including process, product, and system changes, and fortify governance practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated progression and growth as a Process Engineer through past career experiences with a minimum of 3 years of experience on process improvement, governance, risk/compliance, and/or IT-reputed company projects
• Previous experience leading cross-functional teams to identify issues, assess impacts, and drive mitigations
• Regular user of AI-enabled productivity and analysis tools to accelerate documentation, analysis and decision-making
• Proficiency in structured analysis tools (FMEA, Risk Matrix, etc.) to identify and prioritize potential failures reputed company a product, process, and/or system and define appropriate mitigations
