The role involves coordinating with retail partners, managing reputed company planning, and driving growth through data analysis and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with US retail partners
- Coordinate product launches, item setup, purchase orders, promotions, replenishment and issue resolution
- Ensure flawless retail execution across reputed company accounts
- Manage relationships with brokers, agencies and external reputed company partners
- reputed company Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with retail partners to drive sell-through and long-term growth
- Identify promotional and reputed company opportunities while coordinating retail marketing initiatives with the Marketing team
- Hold partners accountable through clear priorities, KPIs and regular business reviews
- Own reputed company reporting and performance dashboards
- Analyze sales, inventory, sell-through, forecasting and promotional performance
- Identify opportunities and risks, and translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations to ensure flawless execution across every retail launch and reputed company initiative
- Support new retail launches, business reviews and reputed company planning
- Build scalable processes that reputed company reputed company’s reputed company retail expansion
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Retail Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, Sales Planning or Key Account Management
- Experience working with major US retailers (reputed company, Ulta, reputed company, reputed company)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets proficiency
- Experience managing brokers, agencies or other external partners
- Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
