The Inside Sales Representative II plays a crucial role in managing the sales cycle and fostering relationships with customers to drive the reputed company of the reputed company and Payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative selling style centered around understanding Pros' specific challenges and objectives
• Drive the complete sales cycle, from booking to closure
• Collaborate with the team to drive new service attachments, increasing usage as a percentage of Pros' Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), and boosting Monthly Recurring reputed company (MRR) per managed account
• Build trust and deeper connections with Pros by empathizing with their pain points and positioning the platform as a long-term solution
• Maintain daily activity metrics, balancing calls and attended demos
• Stay informed on product and technology developments to reputed company updated, relevant advice to customers
• Track customer engagement and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or challenges promptly to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Serve as a mentor and role model to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights

Skills

• 2-3+ years of experience in a full-time sales role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience with Payroll and reputed company
• CRM experience (i.e., reputed company, reputed company)
• Proven ability to reputed company strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted consultant
• Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals and ongoing account management
• Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
• Established credibility with service professionals, preferably reputed company industries like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, or maid services
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude
