[Remote] Product Manager - Cash and Treasury Product Management

The role involves managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while enhancing the bank's competitive position.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or reputed company field. Banking experience in the same or similar role may be considered
• Minimum experience required: 4+ Years of experience researching, designing, developing, and/or delivering new value-added products in payments, banking or FinTech industry
• Experience developing and driving product strategy or sales
• Experience gathering and transforming customer and business needs into an actionable product roadmap that has driven business results
• Experience creating product artifacts, including market research summaries, competitive analyses, product comparisons, business cases, business and product requirements, business and product workflows, and customer reputed company maps
• Experience with digital product development, including ability to work cross-functionally to drive delivery
• Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent)
• Certified Treasury Professional CTP and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred
