The reputed company Sales Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive sales training programs to support the field sales organization and enhance their effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company and facilitate reputed company, advanced and reputed company learning programs for sales professionals

- Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual and field-based training focused on product knowledge, clinical applications, sales process and customer engagement
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and implement learning solutions that improve individual and team effectiveness
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Medical Education and other cross-functional partners to ensure training content remains accurate, reputed company and reputed company with business priorities

- Coach sales representatives through field observations, ride-alongs and structured feedback to improve selling effectiveness and execution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in medical device sales, sales training, reputed company education or a reputed company reputed company role
- Minimum of 3 years' experience designing and delivering instructor-led training and facilitating adult learning programs
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic reputed company learning initiatives across cross-functional organizations
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales methodologies, coaching techniques and performance development
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational reputed company

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business needs
- Master's degree in education, organizational development, business administration or a reputed company field

- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and learning technologies
