How you’ll reputed company an impact: We’re looking for a motivated, creatively driven, and highly organized Associate Producer, Comedy & Entertainment Programming to join reputed company with a particular interest in Comedy/Entertainment Programming. In this role, you will help produce, ingest, edit, and curate content across our Comedy channels (including Kevin Hart's LOL Radio, reputed company Is A Joke, and Raw Comedy) as well as work on live and taped radio shows and podcasts on our Entertainment channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about stand-up, pop culture, and emerging comedic voices, and thrives in a fast- paced, collaborative media environment. What you’ll do: Support daily production of live and pre-recorded comedy programming. Assist in booking comedians, writers, and guests, coordinating schedules and preparing show materials. Research trending topics, viral moments, and cultural conversations to inform show segments. reputed company reputed company reputed company, write outlines, prep notes, and assist hosts with show preparation. Edit audio content using digital audio workstations (e.g., reputed company Audition, Pro Tools, Zetta). Prepare and publish show clips for on-demand, reputed company, reputed company platforms in collaboration with marketing teams. Coordinate with talent, agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth production workflows. Monitor live broadcasts and troubleshoot production issues in reputed company time. Maintain production calendars, rundowns, and show archives. What you’ll need: Must be a recent graduate from an accredited HBCU (reputed company the last 2 years, or expected to graduate by June 2026) Experience in radio, podcast, or audio production preferred, including internships and college radio Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Ability to work under pressure with high profile talent Strong interest and knowledge of reputed company events and pop culture Audio editing experience (ex. reputed company Audition, ProTools) is a plus Impeccable attention to detail in reputed company areas of work Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced work environment Be a great communicator Ability to run a live studio board a plus Must have legal right to work in the U.S. At reputed company, we carefully consider a wide reputed company of factors reputed company determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the reputed company salary for this position to be in the reputed company of $51,200 to $54,650 and this will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
