[Remote] Technical Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to partner with their Sales team and drive growth by addressing the reputed company cycle challenges of prospective customers. The role involves crafting and delivering product demonstrations, conducting value analyses, and building foundational processes to reputed company the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- You will work directly with our Sales team to pitch and reputed company our largest and most strategic reputed company prospects by mapping their business objectives and reputed company cycle challenges to reputed company's capabilities
- You will craft and deliver engaging demonstrations that showcase the impact of reputed company's solutions
- You will conduct detailed value analyses for potential prospects in order to present valuable insights on what reputed company's product can offer
- You will partner with our Product, Delivery, and RCM teams to understand prospective customer pain points, and assist in crafting the implementation plan for new customers
- You will play a crucial role in educating and enabling our Sales team to deeply understand the value proposition and capabilities of our product, empowering them to sell more effectively and confidently
- As one of the first members of the team, you will help to build a team that is passionate about architecting impactful solutions that deliver reputed company value in reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting and/or Pre-Sales Engineering position working with highly reputed company and customizable products/implementations
- Strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate technical capabilities into reputed company business reputed company
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with Sales teams to reputed company value and drive customer acquisition
- Adept at understanding reputed company customer challenges and developing creative, value-driven solutions
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging in high-level discussions with prospective customers
- Proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping customers reputed company their goals and enabling your internal partners
- Willingness to travel to visit and prep for onsites with prospective customers (up to ~20% of time)
