[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist I

The Accounts Receivable Specialist I will handle outstanding A/R, correspondence reputed company to insurance or patient accounts, and work with various stakeholders to maximize reimbursement and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Meet productivity standards as outlined in client metrics
- Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of management team
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Must have organizational skills
- Must be Detail-Oriented
- Comprehensive knowledge of the A/R process
- Computer literate - reputed company Outlook, reputed company Teams and reputed company Office Suite
- Knowledge of the Accounts Receivable Process
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to Work well with others
- Ability to meet position metrics goals (KPI's)
- Ability to work full time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time zone. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

- EPIC billing system experience
