[Remote] Technical Program Operations Professional

This role requires expertise in organizing project information, managing schedules, and communicating across a reputed company environment while leveraging modern tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work reputed company the program management office to support and reputed company multiple stakeholders, project workstreams, and schedule interdependencies

- Effectively communicate with geographically dispersed project teams including subcontractors, subject matter experts, and client personnel

- Champion the adoption of modern tools and platforms — including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI/ML solutions — to enhance program transparency and operational efficiency

- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations and strengthen communication across the program team and client organization

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with experience in one or more of the following areas: technical project/program management; project scheduling; business process improvement; business consulting; or reputed company improvement
- Years of experience required will vary based on the level and scope of the role
- Experience supporting government reputed company, analyzing project data, compiling resource management information, and tracking program activities
- Demonstrated ability to track multiple project interdependencies, manage project lifecycles, and exercise critical thinking under ambiguity
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company products including Power Apps, Power BI, Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively reputed company project constraints
