The Government Contract Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various government reputed company, ensuring compliance and building candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities

- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and contract eligibility
- Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate interviews to assess experience, qualifications, availability, and overall fit

- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

- Recruit for a wide variety of government contract positions, including medical, behavioral health, administrative, operations, reputed company, facilities, logistics, and professional roles
- Understand and recruit to contract-specific education, licensing, certification, and experience requirements
- Assist candidates with required pre-employment documentation and reputed company requirements
- Work closely with credentialing and compliance staff to ensure candidates complete reputed company required hiring documentation
- Understand federal hiring timelines and prioritize recruitment activities to meet contract deadlines

Skills
