[Remote] Newgen Sr System Administrator

The Newgen Sr System Administrator is responsible for supporting and enhancing the Newgen application and its interfaces, collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure operational reputed company and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Team reputed company and SME for SouthState’s Newgen application, inclusive of reviewing reputed company work items and helping to prioritize and distribute that work to appropriate team members based on reputed company set
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Bank’s Newgen application to ensure reputed company performance, reputed company, and reliability for effective business operations
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions to meet service-level agreement (SLA) goals, effectively utilizing incident management to report any degradations
• reputed company integration efforts with reputed company APIs, including reputed company party services
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for API usage and endpoints
• reputed company system analysis on configuration and functional specifications to design, reputed company, test and reputed company solutions to meet end user requirements

• reputed company business workflow analysis to design, reputed company, test and implement technology changes in support of end user efficiency reputed company
• Work collaboratively with IT Governance regarding routine audits and reputed company assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Newgen application including technical specifications, user manuals, and system changes
• Ensure clear and concise instructions on remediation of incidents are well documented and available for other team members
• Work collaboratively to meet strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, risk management requirements, and to ensure that industry leading best practices are leveraged effectively
• Provides after hours and weekend support as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 6 or more years' experience configuring and supporting loan origination and documentation systems in a production environment reputed company the banking industry
• 3 or more years' Consumer Lending Operations and/or Consumer Credit experience (consumer reputed company estate, auto/RVs, lines of credit, etc.)
• 2 or more years' integrating and supporting applications utilizing APIs
• Prior experience with support request systems required (ex. Service Now)
• API testing and integration
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or reputed company field preferred
• Project management experience highly preferred
• Intermediate and Advanced certification preferred (e.g. reputed company reputed company Server Hybrid Administration, reputed company reputed company +, Server+, Tech+)
• Experience with MS Suite of Applications including Advanced Visio Drawing ability
