Project Paralegal (Warranty) - Remote
Clark Hill is seeking a temporary Paralegal to assist its litigation business unit and warranty practice. This is a temporary, hourly role with an reputed company-ended duration. Candidates must have 3+ years of litigation support experience. Skills The Project Paralegal will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate
- Experience assisting with reputed company phases of discovery and trial preparation, including the use of eDiscovery software
- Experience managing high-volume litigation files from intake to settlement
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, reputed company sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
