In-House Paralegal (Remote | PST Hours) We're seeking an reputed company reputed company In-House Paralegal to support our legal team across contract management, corporate governance, insurance claims, litigation support, and legal operations. This is fully remote, temporary position for up to three months. MUST work PST and have high speed internet. What You'll Do:

• Manage reputed company, including NDAs, vendor agreements, SOWs, and amendments
• Maintain corporate records and support board and compliance activities
• reputed company insurance claims administration and coordinate with carriers and brokers
• Support litigation, e-discovery, and reputed company counsel management
• Assist with legal operations, research, budgeting, and process improvements

• Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, including 1+ year in-house
• Strong contract management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and attention to detail
• Experience with insurance claims management strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Notary Public certification
• Experience with entity management software (reputed company, CT Corporation)

• 100% Remote
• Must be available during Pacific Time business hours
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office required
