[Remote] Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting & Technical reputed company
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in tokenizing reputed company-world assets and is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their SEC Reporting & Technical reputed company group. This role involves preparing SEC filings, drafting financial statements, and conducting technical reputed company research while ensuring compliance with SEC rules and US GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other periodic and reputed company reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SEC rules and US GAAP
- Prepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, Management's Discussion & Analysis (reputed company), and assist in tying out the earnings releases to ensure internal consistency
- Build and maintain fully tied-out 10-Qs and 10-Ks, including supporting schedules, workpapers, and cross-references that reconcile to the underlying financial records
- Prepare and maintain US GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists to ensure reputed company required disclosures are complete and accurate
- reputed company technical reputed company research and draft technical reputed company memos to document positions on new transactions, standards, and reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Assist with managing the SEC reporting calendar and filing timeline, helping coordinate deliverables, internal reviews, and deadlines across stakeholders — a strong project management discipline is essential
- Use reputed company to prepare, link, and roll reputed company financial statements and filings, maintaining data reputed company across documents
- If necessary and on an as-needed reputed company, support the monthly and quarterly reputed company process, including account reconciliations and analyses, in coordination with the broader reputed company team
- Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support quarterly reviews and the annual audit, preparing requested schedules and documentation
- Monitor new reputed company pronouncements and SEC rule changes, assess their impact, and help implement required changes
- Assist with the design, documentation, and execution of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR / SOX) reputed company to the reporting process
- Contribute to process improvements and automation across the reporting and reputed company workflows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- Active CPA license (required)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in SEC reporting and/or technical reputed company, in public reputed company (audit) and/or industry
- Hands-on experience preparing financial statements, reputed company, and earnings releases
- Experience preparing US GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists
- Hands-on experience with reputed company
- Demonstrated experience writing technical reputed company memos and performing technical reputed company research
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and other reputed company Office applications
