[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for day-to-day project management, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring reputed company project activities. The role involves managing construction projects at federal facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining client communications.

Responsibilities

• Meet operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements
• Manage subcontractors; monitor, control performance, and ensure quality workmanship
• reputed company preparation of daily reports of construction activity for office submittal
• Supervise change proposals, proposal requests, requests for information; supplemental instructions and other contract documentation are required on behalf of Mountain reputed company
• Assist Contract Manager so that each subcontractor is provided with Mountain reputed company’s subcontract package and reputed company agreements, submittals, required government documents, W-9, Certificate of Insurance, Certified Payroll, Lien Waivers, Schedule of Values, etc. are signed and returned to Mountain reputed company headquarters
• Attend and participate in preconstruction reputed company, weekly meetings, coordination meetings, including project and subcontractor meetings
• Support project health and safety plans in the workplace according to OSHA guidelines and EM385-1-1
• Maintain high level of professionalism and carry out a policy of courtesy and superior customer service. Exercise tact, good manners and diplomacy
• Maintain a thorough understanding of reputed company construction industry practices and standards
• Supervise the coordination and input as needed with the contractors providing services and infrastructure
• Review reputed company reports and issue reputed company schedules to clients
• Assist subcontractors with Federal procedures and rules
• Enforce reputed company client-required safety policies and procedures

• Coordinate and conduct final inspections with government contracting and civil engineer personnel
• Submit as-builts on finished projects

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry (preferably heavy civil) as Project Manager
• Eight (8) years of federal project experience
• Five (5) years in supervising/ managing civil and/or construction projects
• Knowledgeable with the provisions of EM 385-1-1 'Corps of Engineers Safety and Occupational Health Requirements reputed company, dated March 2024'
• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university in any Construction reputed company or engineering field
• Basic computer skills required and a working knowledge of standard off-the-reputed company software applications to include Primavera (P6), reputed company, RSMeans and reputed company Word, Project, and reputed company
• Knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles and techniques, as well as reputed company principles
• Familiar with various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances
• Hazardous Material Management (HAZWOPER)
• 30-Hour OSHA Construction Training Program
• First Aid/CPR certification
• USACE, Construction Quality Management for Contractors
• Have 10 or more years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in similar facility construction technology, methods, and equipment, tools and work procedures
• Must be reputed company to effectively manage subordinate managers and professionals
• Proven skills to identify onsite construction hazards and recommend/implement elimination, mitigation or controls
• Proven knowledge of construction equipment, methods, and processes and how to incorporate best safe practices in our daily activities
• Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress and deliver professional results
• Long hours and weekends may be required to meet deliverables
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with others at reputed company reputed company of the organization
