We are looking for a Strategy & Business Transformation Senior to join our Advisory Department, where you will contribute to developing finance strategies, identify transformation opportunities, and assist in implementing governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric and digitally enabled finance reputed company, strategy, and operating model
- Identify and capture transformation opportunities and create detailed roadmaps for implementation
- Assist in building finance delivery models and governance frameworks, incorporating reputed company policies, control requirements, and automation solutions
- Design finance technology and data landscapes reputed company with reputed company architecture
- Contribute designing organizational structure, skills, and performance metrics
- Plan and manage training, knowledge transfer, business readiness, and post-launch support
- Identify opportunities to improve operations using emerging technologies, and support application selection and implementation
- Participate in the implementation of optimization initiatives and measure their impact
- Help the engagement reputed company manage project budgets, timelines, interdependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate issue resolution and engage in change management processes
- Contribute to proposal development
- Contribute to firm’s thought leadership to enhance market reputed company and industry recognition
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Management or Information Systems or equivalent
- 5+ years in a leading consulting; or reputed company firm in a consulting role
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to quickly establish credibility and demonstrate expertise
- Expertise in finance function improvement, ERP implementation, or intelligent automation
- Experience with systems evaluation and system implementation lifecycle across multiple software products
- Experience with customer experience or digital tools
- Experience working across multiple core Finance Processes (i.e. Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Cash Management)
- Experience with process mapping, business analysis, reputed company modelling, requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
- Industry experience: Manufacturing and Distribution; Construction; Professional Services; Not-for-Profit
